- partnership;
- joint venture;
- fiduciary relationship
between JobsThrough and any Employer or Part Timer.

Employers remain solely responsible for complying with all applicable legal obligations arising from their engagement of Part Timers, including payment obligations, statutory contributions where applicable, workplace safety and employment-related compliance.
15. Job Postings
Employers may create job postings using the Platform.
Each job posting must accurately describe the opportunity being offered.
Job postings should include, where applicable:
- job title;
- work location;
- work dates;
- working hours;
- remuneration;
- job responsibilities;
- dress code;

Employers are solely responsible for ensuring that all information contained within a job posting is accurate, complete and lawful.
JobsThrough does not verify the accuracy of individual job postings and makes no representation regarding the legitimacy or suitability of any opportunity.
15.1 Maximum Job Window
A job posting may only contain work dates occurring within the maximum posting window determined by JobsThrough.
At the time of publication, the maximum posting window is one (1) month from the first available work date.
JobsThrough reserves the right to amend this limitation from time to time.
15.2 Visibility of Expired Jobs
Once the final work date has passed:
- the job posting will no longer be visible to prospective Part Timers;
- Employers may continue accessing the administrative records associated with the posting;
- attendance records, applications and ratings may continue to be available within the Employer account.
15.3 Removal of Job Postings
JobsThrough reserves the right, without prior notice, to edit, suspend or remove any job posting where it reasonably believes that the posting:
- breaches these Terms;
- contains misleading information;
- promotes unlawful activities;
- infringes intellectual property rights;
- contains offensive material;
- promotes discrimination contrary to applicable law;
- is fraudulent;
- may damage the integrity of the Platform.
Removal of a job posting does not automatically entitle the Employer to a refund.
16. Applications
Part Timers may apply for available jobs through the Platform.
Submitting an application does not create any contractual relationship between the Employer and the Part Timer.
Employers remain solely responsible for determining whether to proceed with an applicant.
JobsThrough does not guarantee:
- application success;

- confirmation of engagement;
- future employment opportunities.
17. Shortlisting
Employers may shortlist applicants using Platform features.
Once shortlisted:
- communication between the Employer and Part Timer may be enabled through the messaging function;

Upon confirmation:
- both parties are expected to honour the engagement;
- attendance functionality becomes available;
- messaging remains available.
JobsThrough strongly encourages both Employers and Part Timers to fulfil all Confirmed Engagements.
Where unforeseen circumstances arise preventing attendance or continuation of the engagement, users should notify the other party as early as reasonably practicable.
JobsThrough does not guarantee that either party will fulfil a Confirmed Engagement.

- the Part Timer scans the QR code using the Platform to record attendance;
- the Part Timer scans the QR code again upon completion of work to record check-out.
QR Attendance is intended to improve attendance accuracy.
However, JobsThrough does not guarantee that attendance records are free from error, fraud or misuse.

Timesheets are intended as an administrative convenience only.
Employers acknowledge that:
- generated timesheets may subsequently be edited outside the Platform;
- payroll calculations remain the Employer's responsibility;
- statutory deductions remain the Employer's responsibility;
- payment accuracy remains the Employer's responsibility.
JobsThrough accepts no responsibility for payroll calculations, wages, statutory contributions or taxation arising from use of generated timesheets.
22. Ratings
Following completion of a Confirmed Engagement, Employers may submit ratings regarding a Part Timer.
Ratings currently use a one (1) to five (5) star scale.
Ratings may influence:
- profile visibility;
- search results;
- future hiring decisions;
- Platform recommendations.
Ratings are intended to reflect an Employer's genuine experience.
Once submitted, ratings generally cannot be edited.
JobsThrough may remove ratings where it reasonably determines that:
- fraud occurred;
- the rating was submitted in error;
- the rating is demonstrably false;
- the rating breaches these Terms.
JobsThrough does not independently verify every rating submitted.

Certain Platform features require Employers to purchase Credits.

- cannot be transferred;
- cannot be resold;
- cannot be redeemed for cash;

Membership benefits are personal to the subscribing Employer and may not be transferred.
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the applicable renewal date.
27. Subscription Terms
By purchasing a subscription within the JobsThrough app, you agree to the following terms:
Billing and Payments
All subscription payments are processed securely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You authorise the respective platform to charge your chosen payment method for the applicable subscription fees and any associated taxes in accordance with their billing terms.
Automatic Renewals
Unless cancelled, all subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually, depending on your selection). You acknowledge and agree that renewal charges will be automatically processed unless you cancel your subscription at least 24 hours prior to the renewal date.
Managing Your Subscription
Subscriptions must be managed or cancelled directly through your App Store or Play Store account settings. Deleting the JobsThrough app, signing out, or uninstalling the app does not cancel an active subscription. You remain responsible for any charges that accrue prior to the cancellation taking effect.
Pricing Changes
JobsThrough reserves the right to modify subscription pricing or features at any time. If prices increase, we will notify you in advance through the App Store or Play Store in accordance with platform policies. Continued use of the subscription after a price change constitutes your agreement to the new pricing.
Platform Control
All billing, renewals, and refunds for subscriptions purchased via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are managed directly by those platforms. JobsThrough does not have access to, nor control over, individual user billing accounts or payment details.
27.1 Subscription Refund and Cancellation Policy
All Sales Are Final
All subscription purchases made through the JobsThrough app are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or platform policy. Because payments are processed through Apple or Google, JobsThrough cannot issue direct refunds.
Refund Requests
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, submit the request directly through the platform where you made your purchase:
- Apple App Store: Report a Problem
- Google Play Store: Request a Refund
No Partial Refunds or Credits
JobsThrough does not provide partial refunds or credits for unused time, early cancellation, or periods of inactivity.
User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for managing your subscription, ensuring timely cancellation if you choose to discontinue service, and maintaining valid payment information. Failure to cancel before renewal constitutes your acceptance of the renewed billing period.
Chargebacks and Disputes
By subscribing, you agree not to initiate chargebacks for valid transactions. Any disputes must first be addressed through JobsThrough's customer support team. If unresolved, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration as outlined in the Dispute Resolution section of these Terms.
28. Fees and Payment
Employers agree to pay all applicable Platform fees before using paid services.
Pricing may be updated from time to time.
All fees are exclusive of taxes unless expressly stated otherwise.
Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension of paid services.
29. Refund Policy
Except where required by applicable law, purchases are generally non-refundable.
Notwithstanding the above, JobsThrough may, at its sole discretion, consider refunds in exceptional circumstances, including:
- duplicate payments;
- suspected fraud;
- technical errors attributable to the Platform;
- unauthorised transactions;
- other circumstances that JobsThrough reasonably determines justify a refund.
Any decision to grant or refuse a refund shall be final.
30. Anti-Circumvention
JobsThrough invests substantial resources in developing, maintaining and promoting the Platform to facilitate introductions between Employers and Part Timers.
Accordingly, both Employers and Part Timers acknowledge that the Platform forms an integral part of the recruitment process.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, users shall not, whether directly or indirectly:

Where an Employer and Part Timer are first introduced through the Platform, neither party shall intentionally enter into substantially similar off-platform engagements with one another for a period of six (6) months following their first Confirmed Engagement where the primary purpose is to avoid Platform fees.
Nothing in this clause prevents users from exchanging contact information where reasonably necessary to perform a Confirmed Engagement or where otherwise required by law.
Where JobsThrough reasonably believes that this clause has been breached, JobsThrough may:
- suspend or terminate Accounts;
- remove content;
- cancel subscriptions;
- forfeit unused Credits;
- refuse future registrations;
- take any other action reasonably necessary to protect the Platform.

This licence continues only for so long as reasonably necessary to operate the Platform and fulfil legal or operational requirements.
33.1 Advertisements and Third-Party Promotions
The Platform may display advertisements, promotional materials or sponsored content ("Advertisements") submitted by Employers, business partners or other third parties.
