JobsThrough Pte. Ltd. ("JobsThrough", "we", "our" or "us") operates an online employment marketplace that connects Employers with Part Timers through our website, mobile applications and related services (collectively, the "Platform").
We recognise the importance of protecting your Personal Data and are committed to handling your information responsibly, transparently and in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 ("PDPA") and other applicable laws.
This Privacy Policy explains:

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:
Employer means any individual, company or organisation using the Platform to recruit or engage Part Timers.
Part Timer means an individual seeking or performing temporary, casual or part-time work through the Platform.
Personal Data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual, whether true or not.
Platform means the JobsThrough mobile applications, website and all related services.
Services means any services offered through the Platform including but not limited to:
job postings;
job applications;
messaging;
QR attendance;
ratings;
subscriptions;
boosts;
premium memberships;
scheduling;
future payroll tools;
digital contracts; and
other workforce management features.
4. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to:
Employers;
Part Timers;
visitors to our website;
users of our mobile applications;
individuals contacting us;

5.1 Information collected from Part Timers
When you register as a Part Timer, we may collect:

When an Employer creates an account we may collect:

5.3 Payment Information
JobsThrough does not process salary payments to Part Timers.
Employers are solely responsible for paying Part Timers directly.
Where Employers purchase paid services, we may collect:
billing information;
payment transaction references;
purchase history;
subscription history;
credits purchased;
invoices;
refunds (where applicable).
Payment card information may be processed by third-party payment providers and not stored by JobsThrough except where necessary for transaction records.

scan QR attendance;
generate timesheets;

7. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our website and Platform may use cookies, SDKs, local storage and similar technologies to:

8. Messaging, Communications and QR Attendance
8.1 In-App Messaging
The Platform provides messaging functionality between Employers and Part Timers after an applicant has been shortlisted.
We may process and store:
messages;
photographs;
documents;
videos;
timestamps;
delivery status;
read status;
conversation metadata.
Message attachments (including photographs, documents and videos) are retained for 30 days unless a longer retention period is required by law or for an ongoing investigation. Text message records and related metadata may be retained for up to three (3) years in accordance with our data retention policy.
Users are responsible for the content they transmit through the messaging feature. JobsThrough does not routinely monitor private communications but reserves the right to review messages where reasonably necessary to investigate suspected fraud, abuse, harassment, security incidents, violations of our Terms of Use, or to comply with legal obligations.
Users acknowledge that external links and contact information shared through the messaging feature are exchanged at their own risk. JobsThrough does not endorse, verify or assume responsibility for third-party websites, services or communications conducted outside the Platform.
8.2 QR Attendance
For confirmed engagements, Employers may generate a QR code for attendance purposes. The QR code may be displayed by the Employer or an authorised on-site supervisor. Part Timers are required to scan the QR code using the Platform to record both check-in and check-out.
In connection with QR attendance, we may collect and store:
attendance timestamps;
job identifiers;
account identifiers;
device information associated with the scan;
scan success or failure logs; and
related audit records.
These records are used to facilitate attendance tracking, generate timesheets, investigate attendance discrepancies, detect fraud, support customer enquiries and improve the reliability of the Platform.
9. How We Use Your Personal Data
JobsThrough collects and uses Personal Data to operate, improve and secure the Platform and to facilitate employment opportunities between Employers and Part Timers.
Depending on how you use the Platform, we may use your Personal Data for one or more of the following purposes.
9.1 Provision of Services
We use your Personal Data to:
create and administer your account;
authenticate your identity;
provide access to Platform features;
facilitate job postings;
facilitate job applications;
enable Employers to review applications;
enable Part Timers to apply for available jobs;
facilitate communication between Employers and Part Timers;
record attendance;
generate attendance reports and timesheets;
manage subscriptions;
manage purchased credits;
process purchases of paid Platform services;
provide customer support.
9.2 Job Matching
One of the primary purposes of the Platform is to match Employers with suitable Part Timers.
To improve the relevance of job recommendations and applicant visibility, JobsThrough may consider information including:
skills;
experience;
certifications;
industries worked;
preferred locations;
previous applications;
historical ratings;
attendance history;
account standing;
availability.
This processing helps us improve the quality of recommendations made through the Platform.
JobsThrough does not guarantee that:
a Part Timer will receive job offers;
an Employer will receive suitable applicants;
any recommendation will result in employment.
9.3 Platform Administration
We may use Personal Data to:
manage user accounts;
administer subscriptions;
maintain Platform functionality;
verify purchases;
provide technical support;
investigate reported issues;
maintain audit records.
9.4 Communications
We may communicate with users regarding:
account activity;
security alerts;
login notifications;
password resets;
verification requests;
new job applications;
new job opportunities;
shortlisted applicants;
chat messages;
attendance reminders;
Platform announcements;
changes to our Terms;

These communications are generally considered necessary for the operation of the Platform.

Subject to your device settings and applicable laws, we may send push notifications including:

You may manage notification preferences through your device settings or, where available, within the Platform.

Where reasonably possible, such analysis will use anonymised or aggregated data rather than directly identifying individuals.
10. Ratings and Reputation
Following completion of a confirmed engagement, Employers may submit ratings regarding a Part Timer's performance.
Ratings currently consist of structured numerical ratings using a one (1) to five (5) star scale and may include predefined assessment categories determined by JobsThrough.
Ratings may become part of a Part Timer's profile and may influence future hiring decisions by Employers.
Ratings may also be considered by the Platform when determining:
profile visibility;
recommendation relevance;
search ordering;
other Platform functionality.
Ratings submitted by Employers are intended to reflect the Employer's own experience.
JobsThrough does not independently verify the accuracy of ratings before publication.
Ratings are generally final once submitted.
JobsThrough may remove or amend ratings where we reasonably determine that:
the rating resulted from fraud;
the rating was submitted in error;
the rating is demonstrably false;
the rating violates applicable law;
the rating breaches our Terms of Use.
Ratings do not expire unless removed by JobsThrough.
11. Fraud Prevention and Platform Integrity
Protecting the integrity of the Platform is fundamental to our business.
Accordingly, we may collect, analyse and use Personal Data to detect, prevent and investigate:
fake accounts;
identity fraud;
spam;
harassment;
payment fraud;
attendance fraud;
QR code misuse;
multiple account creation;
platform abuse;
attempts to circumvent Platform fees;
automated access;
scraping activities;
security incidents;
suspicious account activity.
To assist with fraud prevention we may analyse:
IP addresses;
login history;
device identifiers;
attendance patterns;
messaging behaviour;
purchasing behaviour;
account relationships;
account creation patterns.
Where necessary we may suspend or terminate accounts pending investigation.
12. Sharing Your Personal Data
JobsThrough does not sell Personal Data.
However, in order to operate the Platform we may disclose Personal Data to the following categories of recipients.
12.1 Employers
Where you are a Part Timer applying for jobs, Employers may receive information including:
your name;
profile photograph;
skills;
experience;
certifications;
ratings;
attendance history (where applicable);
messages exchanged;
other information included within your profile.
12.2 Part Timers
Where you are an Employer, Part Timers may receive information including:
company name;
company logo;
job postings;
messages exchanged;
job details;
contact information where voluntarily provided.
12.3 Service Providers
We may engage third parties to provide services including:
cloud hosting;
payment processing;
analytics;
customer support;
data storage;
security monitoring;
communications;
email delivery;
push notifications.
These providers are only authorised to process Personal Data for services performed on our behalf.
12.4 Legal Disclosure
We may disclose Personal Data where required:
by law;
by court order;
by regulators;
by law enforcement;
to investigate fraud;
to protect legal rights;
to prevent harm;

12.5 Corporate Transactions
If JobsThrough undergoes:

13. International Transfers
JobsThrough is incorporated in Singapore.
Some of our service providers may process data outside Singapore.
Where Personal Data is transferred internationally, JobsThrough will take reasonable steps to ensure that the receiving party provides a standard of protection comparable to that required under the PDPA or as otherwise required by applicable law.
14. Data Retention
Unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law, JobsThrough generally retains Personal Data as follows:

At the end of the applicable retention period, Personal Data will be securely deleted, anonymised or otherwise disposed of in accordance with applicable law and our internal retention policies.
15. Security of Your Personal Data
JobsThrough takes the security of Personal Data seriously and implements reasonable administrative, physical and technical safeguards designed to protect Personal Data against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal or similar risks.
Access to Personal Data is restricted to employees, contractors and authorised service providers who require such access to perform their duties.
Despite our efforts, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Accordingly, JobsThrough cannot guarantee absolute security of any information transmitted to or stored on the Platform.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their own account credentials and should immediately notify JobsThrough if they believe their account has been compromised.
16. Account Deletion
JobsThrough respects every user's right to discontinue use of the Platform.
Users may permanently delete their account through the account deletion function available within the Platform.
Upon confirmation of the deletion request:
access to the account will be permanently disabled;
the user profile will no longer be accessible;
subscriptions associated with the account may terminate;
unused credits may be forfeited unless otherwise required by law;
ongoing communications may cease;
pending applications or engagements may be affected.
Before confirming deletion, users will be informed that deleting their account may affect:
ongoing jobs;
recently completed jobs;
pending applications;
messaging history;
attendance records;
ratings;
subscription benefits.
Users acknowledge and agree that they are solely responsible for the consequences of voluntarily deleting their account.
JobsThrough shall not be responsible for disputes, losses or inconvenience arising from a user's voluntary deletion of their account, including disputes between Employers and Part Timers regarding ongoing or recently completed engagements.
Deletion of an account does not necessarily result in immediate deletion of all Personal Data. Certain information may continue to be retained in accordance with this Privacy Policy where reasonably necessary to:
comply with legal obligations;
establish or defend legal claims;
investigate fraud;
maintain financial records;
enforce our Terms of Use;
maintain platform security;
resolve disputes.
17. Your Rights
Subject to the PDPA and other applicable laws, you may have the right to:
request access to your Personal Data;
request correction of inaccurate Personal Data;
withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis for processing;
request information regarding how your Personal Data has been used or disclosed, where applicable under law.

Before responding to any request, JobsThrough may require reasonable verification of your identity.
Where permitted by law, JobsThrough may charge a reasonable administrative fee for certain access requests.
JobsThrough may decline requests where permitted by applicable law, including where disclosure would:
reveal another person's Personal Data;
prejudice ongoing investigations;
breach legal obligations;
compromise platform security;
involve information subject to legal privilege.
18. Marketing Communications
From time to time, JobsThrough may send information relating to:
new Platform features;

membership benefits;

other marketing communications.
Where required by law, such communications will only be sent with the appropriate consent.
Users may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe mechanism provided or by contacting JobsThrough.
Even where a user opts out of marketing communications, JobsThrough may continue sending service-related communications necessary for the operation of the Platform, including security alerts, account notices and transactional messages.
19. Children's Privacy
The Platform is intended only for individuals who meet the minimum age requirements specified by JobsThrough.
Individuals below the minimum permitted age are not permitted to create an account.
JobsThrough employs reasonable measures to reject account registrations that indicate a date of birth below the minimum age requirement.
If JobsThrough becomes aware that Personal Data belonging to a person below the permitted age has been collected contrary to this policy, we may suspend the account and delete the information where appropriate.
Parents or legal guardians who believe that a minor has created an account may contact JobsThrough to request investigation and appropriate action.
20. Third-Party Services and External Websites
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services or applications.
JobsThrough does not control and is not responsible for:
the privacy practices;
content;
security;
availability;
accuracy;
of third-party websites or services.
Users should review the privacy policies of any third-party websites before providing Personal Data.
21. Future Platform Features
JobsThrough continually develops and enhances its services.
Future features may include:
payroll assistance;
workforce scheduling;
GPS attendance verification;
digital employment contracts;
enhanced reporting;
workforce management tools;
additional employer services.
Where future features require the collection or use of additional Personal Data beyond the scope described in this Privacy Policy, JobsThrough will update this Privacy Policy or provide additional notices as required by applicable law before implementing such changes.
22. Changes to this Privacy Policy
JobsThrough may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect:

The updated version will be published on the Platform together with the revised effective date.
Continued use of the Platform after any revised Privacy Policy becomes effective constitutes acknowledgement of the updated Privacy Policy.
